For me the freezing of buildings stopt when i stored them and put them back
En EA help is so stuck in their way to try and stay friendly, i sometimes think i'm chatting with a bot instead of a real person....
I've tried this... Now to see what happens when I can tap them. :)
So now that I can tap the buildings that I've stored and placed back down, they aren't locking up the game for me now! :D I still have another 10 or so to do this for, and I can't store the real estate office, but I can confirm that this works... At least for me.- Only had this problem today. I added a track piece to tetanus terminal yesterday. It was fine yesterday but freezing this morning. Can't do anything. I have noticed for a while that parts of Springfield heights objects had glitches but not experienced this freezing where cant do anything.

The game started freezing up on me immediately after I placed a single track section on the Tetanus Terminal. I was able to close the game and quickly hit the move button upon restarting. I stored all my track and that seems to have fixed the problem.
Same thing happened to me. My game would randomly freeze from anywhere between the splash screen to a couple of minutes into tapping buildings and assigning tasks. I removed that piece of track from the new terminal and the problems stop. I guess I won't be able to run two or more separate trams. :(- After my "chat" with EA I immediately disconnected the tracks from my station and the game hasn't frozen since. Granted I can't connect the tracks to the station so my Monorail event kind of sucks (and now I have a second station to boot) but I'll keep playing the event regardless.
Let me clarify...I can place monorail tracks, just not connect them up to monorail station.
I've never experienced some of the other freezing issues here like clearing buildings or what not. Sounds like this is maybe more than one glitch that causes the same result. - My game was freezing so frequently that all my force quits made my device freeze. It just wouldn't boot at all.
So I went and put it back to Factory Settings and wiped it. Next thing it came back on with everything written in Chinese characters.
So I went on youtube and followed instructions on how to change the language. Frame by frame as it was all a bit fast for me.
That worked. I got the device running again, installed TSTO and amazingly I could simply tap to play rather than have to go through the tutorial again. :D
After ten minutes however, my game froze again.
This on top of a rotten summer of nothing but rain here in Scotland. This Happy Tapper is slinking off to the nearest bar. - Since Act 2 started, constant freezing/crashing. Thought it was just me. Hadnt thought of checking the forum.
Its been totally a pain to play Blinky2530 wrote:

Read this and tried it. Worked for me. The second monorail running completely messed up my game and stopping it completely fixed all my freezing issues.- My game occasionally freezes too!
- chud3New Spectatori've been having a lot of freezing too, and this has really been the most stable game until now in that regard.
- This game sucks now. My game locks on me, I've uninstalled it and tried an Ipad, Android Phone and its still locks. Only device that work was my brothers Samsung Galaxy. Why is this happening? This is making me give up on playing this game. I've never had this issue before
