I don't vandalize deliberately (though I was doing it at one point out of frustration) and don't care if people vandalize mine. My Righteousness almost never goes down and I only have a few training walls.
The limit on pacifiers: you get pacifiers from the first 50 bears you tap. 3 each for the first 6, then 1 for the rest. If you tap a building that counts as one of your first 50 taps. So far I've been able to tap 50 bears without tapping any buildings once.
