Friends problems

Hello everyone,
I recently posted a comment to have new friends but I actually have a few problems with my account, I can't see my friends on the game anymore :') it's like I have no friends. So if I have you on the game I am sorry but I can't actually visit your town ;-;
Anyway, if someone has a solution please tell me

    Include me as well. I lost my neighbors on 4/18/23. I’ve logged out too. I would hate to have to delete the game and reinstall. I’ve been playing since 2016. It’ll take forever to reload.

    I've posted a comment on the bug forum, someone said that maybe it will come back and it's eventually because EA are working on the server (it didn't come back :')), if it doesn't go away we are supposed to like, contact EA to tell that we have a problem but I don't find how?

    Same here ! I had more than 60 friends and since a week all disapear ?
    I don’t know how to contact EA too !

    Mine have all disappeared also. There is also a thread in the Bugs & Issues forum.
