Game Crashes Visiting Friends

So everytime I go to visit friends the game crashes straight away. This has been an issue with my game for MONTHS! Can EA fix this or is there something else I can do? Friends can visit me but I cannot visit them? Help?

    EA might be able to help but you'll need to contact them via one of the support methods email, message system or phone.
