Game keeps crashing when I try to play on any OS?

still unnable to play my game since update, and I have gotten zero help from the other EA help forums :( also the next person that suggest I uninstall and reinstall the game, should just go kill them selfs because that doesnt help me! ive tried doing that on 3 devises with no luck of it working :cry:
