Game locked

I had a daily challenge to select a scratch off. The ticket page came up and is not tappable.
I can't leave that page. So far have uninstalled from device and cloud.
Rebooted device and reinstalled the game. It opens to the ticket page again.
Any suggestions?

    Did you clear your device cache, history or website date before you reinstalled?
    If not try again
    Delete game
    clear history cache etc
    Reinstall
    If it is still stuck, you will need to contact EA

    Ha! Thanks for your help. (I was tapping instead of wiping the scratch off)
