Game not loading

Scroll up on Years ( 2022 is above 2023 )
Press OK for each
I just blind-scroll and aim for the right decade !!

I can now get to the point where I can log in but then it freezes and I have to start all over again. Hopefully when the event ends I will be able to get back in.

Read and post on this - include what device and OS it happens on ...

Not helpful…tried everything you said to try

Reading that thread there's a few who uninstalled and reinstalled and got in
Don't do that if you play as anonymous or it'll delete your town, needs to be linked to an account
It's also got EA's attention, which is the important bit, for them to look into - that's why AHQ posts are the best place to post about issues

Mine is so slow

@cool2006 - slow to load or laggy when you tap ??
For the second see if you have any quest or Daily Challenge group tasks like Send Springfielders ...
They slow my games down until they're dismissed or done

Not loading on my wife's Apple phone, but no problems on my Android.
