@sherri71366 Did you hit continue?
You might try rebooting your device and rebooting your wi fi equipment. I would not try this on data as it is very big.

That error sounds like you are dropping your internet connection for some strange reason, might be worth rebooting you router and device, are you using a Wi-Fi or Mobile data, if the latter it would defiantly be worth trying a Wi-Fi connection if available to you.

@sherri71366 Didn't get the popup about retries but it did say it needed an additional 116MB and tapped continue, don't know what the storage is at though.

My download wasn't happening so I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. It worked, but took a long time.
