Try clearing the cache for the app. If that doesn't help, try reinstalling. If that doesn't help, try logging in from a different device. If that doesn't help, contact EA and they'll tell you to do the same things. Good luck.

for some strange reason I can't get into my game it's been 2 days

@cbarnes918 did you have a bunch of characters on a task and they had completed it? if so use the move tool to store the building go to friend screen and back and put the building back in town. try not to send more than 20 characters to the same task to avoid this

Try rebooting your device a few times
Check that the date and time of the device are correct. SET possibly in the menu SETTINGS / SYSTEM / DATE and TIME / DATE and AUTOMATIC TIME - Useful time and date provided by the network and AUTOMATIC TIME ZONE

go to ea.com and check your email verification. also change your password to have 15 characters or less and only letters and numbers

Make 6-8 gigs of free space on your device
Try on another device, sync it and then try on the first device
Uninstall reboot reinstall, do not play while downloading
**Only uninstall if you have an account and know your info is good**
