TSTO is a freemium game. If you are angry at EA, the correct action is to play the game as much as possible, to use up EA resources, and not buy donuts. Not only will you deprive EA of revenue, you will cost them money to support additional players.
Your idea to convince others to stop playing TSTO as a form of protest, like a gasoline boycott for a day, or the occupy wall Street movement is flawed and ultimately doomed to fail.
