Gay Bar Mo's?

Question

I unlocked Sconewall Bakery with the Roller Skates skin for Smithers and suddenly I have Mo's Gay Bar (not a facade? because I cant change it back)

I don't mind having it but I just want to know how it happened as I've checked the wiki page and it doesnt say anything

That’s odd. It should be a facade for the regular bar. Must be a glitch

Try storing the building or rebooting. You should be able to select Moes, MO's, Flaming Moes, or the Halloween skin.

how? the skin was from the pride 2017 event and is not unlockable anymore o-o
