It's definitely way overpriced for what it is. I bought it anyway, since I was above my donut-holding threshold (i.e. enough donuts to buy all the permanent premium characters I don't have if KEM-farming ended permanently today) and I thought it looked cool. I do wish there was a payout and/or multiplier for the building though.
