Give us a non-ghost Maude as a regular playable character

They are dead and should not be characters. Ghost versions are fine.

Many players have Abraham Lincoln wandering around their towns, surely the constraints of time and mortality can be worked around.

Add to that a younger Grandpa Simpson as well (Gorgeous Grampa)

Gorgeous Grampa isn't a young Abe. He is still old, just wearing a wig and a wrestlers outfit.

You really want flesh-and-blood Maude wandering around being creeped out by her kids while her husband has a relationship with another woman? Man, what did Maude ever do to you?

This game does not have to follow in the same canon as the show. I don't know what people have against me wanting to have flesh & blood Maude walking around.

If you think about it carefully. Every single character in this game has died and have been brought back to life.

If you've seen the opening credits, Homer blew up the town and everyone in it.

Hell, even Frink appears during the tutorial and mentions about there being infinite Springfields ala DC's Multiple Earths.

I agree with the OP except that alive Maude should be a skin rather than a separate character. People are saying "she's dead".... so is Abraham Lincoln! He's been dead for quite a long time. Plus it then paves the way for Bleeding Gums Murphy etc. Killing off Maude was one of the biggest mistakes they made on the show (although it did provide some interesting plots for Ned)

Don't understand some of the sensitive comments in reply to you post. The game is based on a animation for goodness sake.

I prefer her as a normal character instead of a ghost. After Halloween she will be the odd one out

Finally Hank and him can have dual tasks. Hanks interrogate Bont task could be a dual outside task now :D
