It says generates additional expansions.....so it only makes more buildings? No money? No mutiplier? Not even increased vanity? Lol

despite always being close to the item limit, i'm ok with it when it inspires me to design something unique in my town, like the favela buildings from the brazil act of the destination sf event. hard to find much inspiration from these same two buildings we can generate over and over again though...
