Well, the 3 Aspirational buildings don't payout money, either, the Escalator, Skyscraper and Magnifier.

Other buildings that you cannot neither collect from nor vandalize? Bart's treehouse & the power plant.

can't collect from Cletus's farm either

Cletus' farm probably doesn't count, since it has tasks, just like Channel 6...

I wish more buildings were like channel 6.

Thats true, but I don't think of those as true buildings. They're just giant money sucking monstrosities. :D Though it would be nice if they generated some money or XP.

I've had my Christmas tree hidden behind the power plant for so long that I stopped noticing that the plant didn't generate any money of it's own.
Both of these buildings should be collectible. If we can collect rent from a Christmas tree, we should be able to collect from the treehouse.

I thought The game was ripping me off for the rents from just one building. Now I find out it's three?

2. Springfield Downs
3. Moe's Bar
4. Police Station
5. Town Hall
6. Springfield Elementary
7. Springfield Retirement Castle
8. Bart's Treehouse
9. Tire Fire
10. Crashed UFO
11. Escalator to Nowhere
12. Popsicle Stick Skyscraper
13. Giant Magnifying Glass
14. Wishing Well

If we can collect money from Cemeteries, Xmas Trees, Prisons & even a Volcano Lair. Then we should be able to collect from these buildings & structures as well.
