I used the Ghostduster©®™ and that releases them. Sometimes they need to be re-tasked.

What platform are you playing from? I'm playing on an iPad 2, and I have never lost a character. I do have to uninstall and reinstall the game almost every day. Once the game gets laggie, I delete it. I never had to do that on my android. I guess as long as it works well, I am willing to do that.

That sucks, sorry to hear about how many issues you have had. Personally, I know it won't make you feel any better, this update has been pretty good for me and I liked the Halloween event, thought it was a nice compliment to last year.

I have not had the issues this time but have suffered plenty of game lock ups, missing towns, loss of items and characters, and even the harpies of death. It is one of the reasons that keep me from paying more. I average a movie ticket cost into the game every couple of months.

It is not so much the issues but that when they occur we have very little in the way to get them resolved. Feeling like your money has just vanished is pretty difficult to deal with.

I hope things get resolved for you because when the game is working it is pretty addictive and entertaining.

I think this is the fastest event I've finished at a decent time. Finished it a couple days ago thanks to my fellow neighbors help. Now I'm popping as many ghosts and visiting friends to hitches 2,000 mark for a chance to win 3 donuts

No problems here. Most likely user error.

As soon as the sea saw is done you can tap him & it'll be normal. Happened with me too

I feel your pain, on the first day my game froze, completely shut down and I had to resign in on the Origin screen and when I logged on 240 doughnuts were missing!!

I have gone 'round & 'round with EA and I think I got screwed out of $20.
