Probably...but that's okay. They want to make money like most companies so trying to make a profit is understood and expected.

I'm thinking if we do get an event currency daily challenge we could get several in a row. It seems like the different reward currency comes in blocks, like I'll get several ones in a row that are for SH currency or cash or donuts. But Idk probably not lol. Just a thought

Yeah they do love their money and I agree with you on the profit bit(I purchased Truck 2)
I think they dreamt this up for a few additional reasons as well as the bucks.
1) something to keep people logging on for between the events,I normally don't between events
2) to encourage more casual players to finish the events,lots of people have broken questlines etc from where they never bothered finishing stuff and after the event characters/event tasks aren't available to complete them. So they have to contact support about it
