House Prices

There's an upside to it.... sales price went up as well.

I've had a bunch of brown houses sitting in my inventory and sold 30 something of them at 4000 profit each :mrgreen:

Yeah I'm all for this change. But then again I never jumped on the house farming bandwagon.

Yeah it seems like EA executed this whole house pricing structure change very well. Let's hope the positive momentI'm keeps going!

Good if you've got 300-something houses. I don't know exactly how many I've got, but it's probably closer to 100 or less. It would be a nice chunk of change, but I don't think I'm quite ready to sell them, especially since it wouldn't net me nearly as much.

Maybe later. Pity I didn't plan ahead and stock up before the update.

Too bad I didn't save all those brown houses I built for the CoC event. Probably could have made a few bucks off them. Oh well, que cera, etc. :P

orange $45,000 = 8.2 million
blue $54,000 = 10.2 million

Considering I earn a quarter mil a day and the xp, I think I'll pass. What are gonna do when the next 10 mil+ item comes along?

I get why EA did this(and changed the Donuts to money conversion rate to something based on your level) re to make it more likely people buy money with donuts. Problem is its still not worth it. The most expensive donut items are $10-$15 If you buy a boatload. With aspirationals, It's like $140. Granted that's better then the $1500+ It was before but its still way too expensive to even consider. Even with them taking away a faster way of aquirung money without spending donuts.
