How do I get Jebediah Statue (rewards donuts?) which is not in Yearbook 700 Item Mystery Box?

I read that when you get this statue, you get donuts. I set Homer on a 6 second task and then tried the 45 second task Play With MyPad and tapped him repeatedly and didn't get the statue. There's suppose to be a 4 hour Homer job that will trigger the statue. Or this statue and donut reward not available anymore?
