How many donuts would you pay for a "Collect All" item?

If this were implemented, I would like a character who would go around and collect income. He could have a task list to "collect handshakes" "collect from businesses" "collect from restaurants" etc. "Collect from houses" might or might not be an option, since there are huge house farms. I'd set them all to be short, and probably the same length; either hour or half-hour tasks to run around town collecting income. The payout from the task would just be all the money and XP collected from the buildings.
I would pay up to 150 donuts for such a character.
