How to make mono rails

Quick and dirty version----- you send characters to collect recycling material for the tip, when that is full you use that to make plastic, metal and glass in the recycling centres, then finally you exchange those materials in the rail yard for blue prints and once you have enough blue prints you are awarded monorail track.
