Are you using the app? If so navigate to the My Albums tab and then Photos. It should show the photos you've uploaded. Select one and then hit the i in the bottom right hand corner. Then hit the tag and it will copy the text for you. Then paste it into your post and make sure the 'Disable BBCode' box is unchecked.
Do this every time you post no matter what and then it will become like second nature and then you will never forget to do it :)
