I bought Golden Eggs For Donuts

Thank you, topic creator. I was actually considering spending some donuts on gold eggs, despite my misgivings, thinking with 9 chances for 50 donuts, surely I would get something. Thank you for giving me the resolve NOT to do so.

I will now save my donuts for something worthwhile, and my cash for better things.

That's exactly why I haven't spent any donuts on this event. There are so many great Premium buildings and characters I want to buy already that I know I could get straight out without the whole chance factor, so that's what I'll be spending my donuts on! :)

To be honest if Sherry Bobbins was available in the premium store, she'd have been one of the last characters I'd have wanted to buy anyway, so I won't be too gutted if I don't win her!

Why does ANYONE think this is okay? This game was a nice, simple, transaction-based thing for YEARS. They just up and changed to something like a casino, and now the attitude is that we should know better than to spend donuts for what we want? We've been able to spend donuts for what we want up until now! Why should we expect it to be different now? And why in the seven hells would we be OKAY with it???

It was so awesome and so much fun to spin the golden box and claim these amazing prizes for my inventory, my inventory will love to have them!

Serious note: I am a player that EA wants to have. I am premium, I play every day, I hype up this game to friends and family to get them to play, to this day I have gotten 3 friends and 1 family member to join (3 of which stopped playing due to this event). I check in every hour or 2 to clear handshakes for neighbors and tap bunnies for eggs. Plain and simple, I am the type of player that EA wants.

I totally agree. I've wasted 200 donuts on jack. Sorry, but a dozen egg piles and 60 fences are NOT worth 200 donuts, no way no how. I really wish that I had bought the cracker factory or the community center instead. I'm pretty mad at myself over being so gullible

in regards to actually spending money on gold eggs the great showman said it himself
