do you have brandine? brandine has a 90d task to give birth to kids, which are NPCs (which is why you dont see in census)

I don't think they count as characters since they got no tasks. They are strictly NPC. That is why they don't show up at the town hall. They are probably in your inventory.

While you can't send the Spuckler children on tasks (and therefore they do not show in the census), they do generate money. Similar to the patrons in Krustyland. Every four hours the Spuckler children will have a bundle of money floating over their heads as they walk around town. I think mine did not go into inventory but immediately started walking around town.

So the spuckler kids are like chippy? (Casino poker chip NPC)

You get three eventually.
But Brandine and Cletus has almost a Billion Spuckler kids. :D
