- This "mini" event stuff costs almost 600 donuts. You were warned that a donut suck was coming up.
- Yes and for that donut warning I increased my donut production today. I hope it will be something exciting. It isn't exactly fair for people like me and many others who didn't gain one donut from the recent level 60 donut glitch but it's obvious EA got these donuts dumps out to suck back up those extra donuts. But I really like this game and have been playing for years. The occasional unfairness of little glitches are definitely overshadowed by the fun and good side of it. So stay positive. Don't show so much hostility. Enjoy it. We can almost see the bitterness in some of the posts. Let's make this forum a more positive experience for most people. After all, it's a game. We play to relax.

Very well said. I agree. :D- someonewashereRising NoviceI level up 3 times a day and it means 3 donuts per day.
If you level up for longer than three times a day consult your doctor, side effect include, loss of sensation to your tapping finger, fatigue, nausea, vomiting at the sight of SH, ask your doctor if leveling up daily is right for you, if you lose joy in tapping or have thoughts of giving up the game talk to a professional.
If you have visions of talking animals or alien visitors stop tapping immediately for 30 minutes, these thoughts increase with consumption of other....things.
If your playing the family guy game why am i talking to you, you dont exist, if your playing the smurf game dont spend 1000$ on smurfberries or your springfield might get nuked by Homer (not verified).
Stop eating Popplers! Stop eating them with honey mustard sauce.

time and time again this game teaches you that it's not a good idea to be Premium...it's just not worth it
You buy something, then half a year later it's on sale for much cheaper
You buy a 'limited time' item, and then it comes back repeatedly
Limited time means that the item is not available permanently. They can come back for another limited time.
So what if things become cheaper. You begrudge others for getting it cheaper? You pay what you pay to get a thing when you want. You can always wait but YOU choose not to. ( I remember buying Otto and seeing it sold in a bundle 2 weeks later for half what i paid. I was pissed for about two minutes and then got over the "bad timing".)
It's all swings and roundabouts. I'm a long time player so got many things for free that newer players have to pay donuts for (Barney's Bowlerama, Mapple Store, Super Collider etc. ) Rather than begrudge others who now can get what I have (how dare they!) I'm happy that I did not have to pay for them.
The game is not a competition and not about having things that others don't. If you think it is then you show the same self centred attitude that the OP does
who is 'begrudging others for getting it cheaper?'
or seeing it as a 'competition'

This, by the truckload. I'm at 105 with a 320% multiplier and it takes me 4-5 days.
I could have taken advantage of the Level 61 glitch as I had 60m in reserves, but thought to myself "something bad is going to happen" and it did very shortly afterwards when people got thrown out and locked out, which of course was the end of the world.
Afterwards, I rushed levels 61-101 which are at 40k in XP by buying blood mobiles, but stopped there. I had 570 donuts already with very little I wanted to buy, so why kill myself and my hard-played money for donuts I didn't need? I'm happy to level up every 4-5 days for a donut when I get 3 every 3 days from finding Maggie plus daily challenges and friend visits. I'd be let down if I were at level 939 with no prospect of going any further. (I bet the EA programmer who screwed up got a rocket up the backside for that mistake.). But I have nothing against those who did take full advantage - each to their own.
Got Roscoe and the steel mill yesterday on the 1/3rd off deal and was very pleased I'd waited to get the savings, more satisfying to me under the circumstances. - AirurandoPRising Newcomer

I only have 143.5% bonus and level up 3 times a day. Just by logging on in the morning and clearing all jobs (24hr) and buildings I level up twice. I'm currently on level 84 so granted there might be a jump in exp requirements after level 100 but it's not that hard to do ForumNerds wrote:

I sure am glad the designers made this game so much easier for the noobs after all the time and effort I put in to get where I am and earn the things I did. It's like the "free college" a couple of these liberal presidential candidates promise. That's great for them, but what about the tens of thousands I spent paying for it myself?
That move, among many others, contributes to overall the dumbest move(s) the devs have made since this game's inception. But I'm sure, as a dedicated player, that these words will fall on deaf ears, as do so many other suggestions made by loyal longtime players. Boy do I feel like a sucker.
What precisely is it that the noobs don't have to do that you did? I must have missed something ...
You "earned the things you did"? We are playing. A game. We while our time away staring at a glass screen, tapping imaginary cartoon characters and imaginary cartoon cash registers hovering over imaginary cartoon buildings, so we can get imaginary dollars and buy imaginary newspaper dispensers for our imaginary towns.
You make it sound as if you did something noble. It's like me going to Tahiti for a week, getting a tan, and claiming I "earned" the tan. Just because I decided to spend my real life money going to Tahiti, that doesn't mean I should care that the guy next door got his tan by sitting on his own patio.
But back to my original question. What exactly don't the noobs need to do, that we had to do?
Although I agree with ForumNerds at heart (I'm in the TSTO 1%) my brain doesn't. He reminds me of communists and left-wingers complaining about that "they work hard but those evil capitalists take all of the money". But they forget that entepreneurs pay a boatload of taxes (not donuts) that keep the country alive. And there is a parralel here, because ForumNerds complains that "we work hard and noobs get more". But those noobs are necessary for TSTO, because they keep the game alive by paying the "donut money". So, EA does everything to keep them coming.
If you read this sentence, I'm surprised that you read my whole text.
P.S. Sorry if my English is bad, I'm from a country whose existence most of you aren't aware of.- 74handsNew Spectator

A jump is an understatement. You're levelling up every 40k, but after Level 101 you'll only level up every 500k. So yes, you're doing 120k a day and levelling up three times a day, but soon at that rate, a level up will take 4-5 days. Enjoy it while you can, I calculate you'll be one of us in just over five days from now.
