Ice Palace or Ski Lift?
Once I buy my store full, I will buy both but I'd say the Ski Lift even though it's only a decoration. The Ice Palace may melt.

if there was more land i'd buy the ski lift :? eh hopefully in a year there'll be an extra strip of land and the ski lift comes back :D
