Ice Princess Martin - quest but didn't buy Ice Castle?

I've got Ice Princess Martin skin from when it was released previously (for free). Had his questline pop up again when the Ice Castle hit the store again. You can complete the first part (1hr task)...

I just posted this pic in the building animations thread. I have Martin on 12 hrs Make New Friends. He magically makes a snowman that runs into the Palace. So cool!!
