I'd love to have the option to leave a short comment about a friend's town when visiting.

We have other people constantly dropping in anyway, so I think it would be cool and even useful if we could just write a quick comment about a visited Springfield or even rate it. Personally, I spend so much time working on my town, I would really appreciate the tiniest bit of feedback, suggestions or even criticism!

Don't you guys ever wonder what your friends are thinking when they visit? Even with this forum, it's not at all easy to do this, since the reviewer would need to be on your friend's list and currently be online posting here. It could even be turned into a challenge - something along the lines of getting certain prizes for high ratings, although it certainly doesn't need to be that complicated. I'd be happy with a guestbook or Twitter style one-sentence optional opinion to leave each person you visit.

It doesn't seem as if it would be very difficult to implement something like this as long as there's demand for it. What do you all think?
  • I think this has been discussed over the years. The problem is such a thing could easily be abused.

Fair enough...however a simple star or number rating system and/or a simple list of canned comments would prevent this from occurring.
  • I also would like this feature, although I know it will never happen, added you anyway, and perhaps we could discuss our Springfield here?
