iPad Randomly Synchronizing

I'll be sitting there waiting for something to happen (buildings finish, characters finish task, etc) and the game will pop into the splash screen and synchronize. This is just on my iPad Mini, not on my 3 Android devices.
Is this happening to anyone else?

    I have it happen done tines lately also. Seems to be just last week or so.

    Yes. I’ve seen this happen a few random times too. It’s not a crash since I don’t see the Bart screen. And it doesn’t seem to hurt anything (collecting money, XP, or prizes).

    Yes, this is just in the last few days.
    Although to be honest, if it's this instead of being 'Bart Screened' I'd rather have this. But I'm also still getting 'Bart Screened' (which is just the game losing connection to the server, not crashing).

    I had this synchronising, (once), earlier, can't remember if it than Barted or not but it did crash afterwards.
