IRS upgrade
Is it worth paying $1000 000 to upgrade the IRS to level 5? What is beyond that? Cam you upgrade to clear all of the money with one tap?

Could you elaborate on why Money Mountain should be priority? I've been ignoring it and plan to ignore it for a long time.
