Is Cannon (Level 20) actually possible?

I am 87 cogs away from level 13, but I don't think I can even reach it. I am only 3000 bells away from the tropical island, so I really won't have any motivation to upgrade the cannon once I have all the prizes.

I have a neighbor who has a level 23 cannon, he leads the board mine is at level 13 i have no elves to shoot. I had one elf remaing and 1 more cannon firing that would have sent it into cool down so i fired it cannon started cool down and i got 6 bells. And now have zero.

I think I'm on level 12, not enough elves to get all the cogs me thinks and really don't care. I like the canon and it will be a fun addition to my town after the event is over. And if you're grinding away you really don't need a level 20 canon. Except for Bragging rights.

Also said neighbor has 40k bells all the prizes. I just think he spent a ton of doughnuts.

I agree, I'm about 2000 from the caboose, and a few days away from the islands.

I don't see any reason to even get to level 20, I don't care if I have the upgraded cannon.

I am at level 11 with 356 cogs. I can upgrade to level 12 but whats the point. I only have 6500 bells needed to complete this event so I'm not worried unless I get thrown out of the game for 5-6 days in a row.

I haven't spent a significant amount of doughnuts on this event and I'm on track to complete it, so I don't agree that completing this event requires doughnuts.

And even if it did, is it so wrong that EA makes some money?

Did you even bother to read this thread?

It's not about completing the event, i.e. getting enough bells to get the tropical island. It's about reaching cannon level 20.

If you don't agree that reaching level 20 on the cannon requires donuts then you clearly are spending a lot more than "I haven't spent a significant" amount on donuts.
