It's your game to play how you like, I don't think it's unreasonable to slow down visits to friends with exess of 10000 goo.

I think it's up to the user to stop. I don't think it would make a difference.
I'll keep visiting even though I finished the 10K this week. It's free XP, which leads to donuts and Goo which leads to donuts.
