Is this the way to get Monorail in 2019

Do you have A Rail Of One City quest line open? Part 6 is when you can unlock the Metal Depot.

No I don't have it open?

I have active quests:
Worlds largest redwood and mr. Moneybags

There have been reports of bugs when trying to complete the monorail quest line, examples in these threads:

The only option if you do not have a monorail quest would be to contact EA.

The only Railyard I know of, is the Railyard skin instead of Dilapidated Railyard.

I don't remember how the Monorail quest went, so there might be duff gen here, and I read the links above but didn't recognise any of it.
BUT, I think I got the Railyard skin a long time after getting the depots, though it probably wasn't as long as I think it was???

And, when I was getting the track pieces I was getting station pieces on the last, (5th), section, at some point I got the Monorail Station on the 5th section as well, but I cannot remember the order of acquirement.

At some point on that 5th section, you will also get:
Tetnus Station.
Monorail Tunnel.
Mall-o-Rail Station.
Another Monorail Tunnel.
10 Donuts.
Regular 5 donuts.
But that is after getting the depots.

FYI, The Railyard never actually connects to the Monorail even though you think it would.

When were the tunnels introduced? I don’t recall them being part of the original storyline/quest.

Disregard, I found the tunnel at the end of the build progression list/chart.

Incidentally, World's Largest Redwood shouldn't make any difference as mine wasn't finished until more than 30 levels higher than what you are now.
Don't know what Mr. Moneybags is, but if it's Burns Money Mountain, I stored that, I can't remember how long ago, so that wouldn't make any difference either.
And I remember the Monorail quest was finished in the time frame long ago without any problems, (knock on wood).
