In the stone cutter song Lenny sings "who keeps the Martians under wraps?" Then number 51 says "we do! We do!"
Also, number 51s character unlock quote is "who keeps my people under wraps? We do! We do!"

Personally, I think any of the premium characters who could logically go to a theme park (i.e. not Jubjub, etc) should be able to go to KL and have basic tasks. Just one more possible value for spending donuts on them.
