Krustyland: Krusty's giant wheel

My KL is at five stars, but the rides don't run continuously. In fact, I would say most of them do not. And some things, like Tavern on the Scream and the Haunted Condo, only seem to animate when there's a task there. I'm inclined to think the wheel is in that latter group, but I can't log in to my town right now to verify.

The only ride that goes all the time is the roller coaster.

The giant wheel was not a premium item.

Some rides animate randomly, some on task. The wheel did not require money spent.

I was just thinking about this the other day. With a 5 star krustyland everything should be animated all of the time. The two newest attractions don't, the wheel and the tavern on the green. Im thinking this is probably a bug that should be fixed at some point. Same thing happened when they added the twirl-n-hurl, happy elves ride and tunnel of love which all eventually got fixed.

It's not a bug. Just like SF, some animate randomly and some on task. The wheel, Itchys castle, and the Scream are three that come to mind first.

If they add animation, they add it. Great. That's not a bug fix, it's a game addition.

Which I would like, but really don't care if the wheel only turns when I put someone on it. I'd rather they improve scaling. Or fix actual bugs.
