I can see you. Sometimes just closing the game and starting again will bring it back. Sometime its ea servers.

Sorry, I'm too tired and upset to make any sense of that question.
The latest duckup: We bought 2 sets of expensive heavy duty shelves to put in our garage to stack stuff on and they're welded wrong - angled so the cross pieces can't be put in. And of course John wants to try to somehow make them work instead of taking them back.
This whole move is just a disaster.

Consider getting a Pod, that’s what I did the 4 months I was doing the same thing. I so understand the headaches. However the Pod turned out to be my best decision, cost the same as storage unit (little extra, but if I subtracted all the back and forth and gen hassle the extra was a boon) they dropped it off outside my front door so I was able to go in and get things I needed during the whole ordeal. At the end, I hired a couple muscle guys to bring all the furniture et al inside and Pods came and picked it up. Finito!!

Really made the work a lot easier. Mine was driven by unrevealed termite damage that actually had floors and walls buckling. Was the worst experience ever!!! And I’ve made it through a house fire.

It’s always EA servers ! You just have to wait until they suddenly appear! It’s very annoying but you must be patient ;)

What did you use to share your town? Imgur doesn't work for me.

Oh, please don't try to 'make them work'! The most likely outcome is that you weaken or break the welds that are there and the shelves will never be reliable. Call the manufacturer and, if they are at all reputable, they will simply send you replacement pieces as needed. This is a safety issue - if the welds give while the shelves are loaded, only bad things can happen.
