I have heard that some players who have an excess of content ie; highest level, many buildings/decorations all the bells and whistles, all the land, could crash your game when visiting. I have been told by a nieghbor that my Springfield crashes their game. I also had a nieghbor who was obviously a hacker (he/she had 20 whales and an excess of every premium item) who always crashed my game. I deleted him/her and no more problems.

My game tends to run extremely slowly when visiting overloaded towns, though I have no crashed. I do have one or two friends that it's damn near impossible to get off the landing zone. Maybe I'm wrong, but like the Terwilliger event, it seems that no matter what your neighbors characters are doing on-task, they all come out when you visit. Have 100+ moving characters on-screen can't help.

I'm getting the same number of visit foam fingers too, that is before the crash associated with the Mrs Duff task as I can't get onto the game and my neighbours can't visit it either. No doubt the reason you can't visit your five star neighbour is the same, there's a couple of pinned topics about it.

My guess is that your neighbor bought lady duff, got to the problem task and can't get back into their game. I'm hoping for all my neighbors that this is fixed soon.

I'm having crashing issues as well with certain neighbors. After the third different one caused my game to crash I stopped bothering as the payout isn't really worth it if I have to keep restarting my game!

It stinks not to be able to visit those neighbors. Until that's fixed you can try a random match until you get a 5-star.

You're my only 5-star neighbor too. Missing out on tickets while I can't challenge you. :? Hope they get it fixed soon.
