Luann,Barney or Akira?
I think that Barney is too expensive; but Luann has a nice 24 hour task, and she's not as expensive. Buy the Cracker Factory!

I snagged Luann as soon as she was available and I have never regretted it. Her building is pretty big, but I made it work. (Unlike the re-neducation center, which is a giant eye sore) but why I love her so much is that I use long tasks the majority of my time, and Luann's got nifty visable tasks for 12, 16, & 24 hours.
Plus, her quest was extertaining, plus, plus, you unlock the fleet-a-pita (which mattered to me because I still like Krustyland and Decorating it)
I absolutely love Barney, but I just don't think he's reasonably priced. I've been playing long enough that I got him in game, though I can't remember how any more. I pretty much refuse to get him in my newer game due to his cost. No opinion on Akira.
