I think that Barney is too expensive; but Luann has a nice 24 hour task, and she's not as expensive. Buy the Cracker Factory!

Yes! A couple of months ago during the space mini event he was heavily discounted and came with the premium astronaut skin. He's been out since the first Christmas event, IIRC, so it's possible that he may come up in an upcoming yard sale.
