Maggie showing up in neighbors town.

I was going through a neighbor’s town looking for something to tap, when I heard Maggie sucking on her pacifier. Zeroed in and found her on a blue house. I’ve never seen her on one of her landing zones in a neighbors town before. I’ve never heard her “suck suck” sound before in a neighbors town. I really wish I was able to do a video with sound. Has anyone else had this happen?

    I've seen that since back when Maggie was new. It's seems to be that if you go into a town exactly when someone is doing the Where's Maggie mini game you see Maggie.
