Mais non! My mother tongue is French, though, since my Maman is from Martinique. My father was born in the (then) British West Indies, so I got teased a lot in school due to linguistic interference, but I managed to learn French, English, and "American." :) My favorite lit prof was une Belge--tr?s sympa!
