Thanks for pointing this out,I had assumed that as we can change which stage of the battle he was in that it was remaining & could be stored. The message you get when attempting to store is - Sorry...

Several of the superheroes can still "practice" battle the memorial and some of them stand on the scaffolding. Without it they'd be standing in midair.
Unless they built other structures in place of the scaffolding to support them. Or changed where they're standing.
