They were both limited-time items, available for the length of the event.

I also want more runway. But then I also want more land to put them on. I did stock up on lights so I'm ready!

I know. This was the one item I failed to stock up on. Hope, if we get more tarmac, they offer these as well.

The new Kumiko quest only comes with the premium skin.

I'm beginning to think we're not getting a method to create more pieces.

Runway lights (and vending machines) were both limited time, I distinctly remember making sure I bought 40 or so just in case I ever decided to actually do a proper airport, all I have is the airport building (with associated runway piece and plane when no-one is flying, Norbert's plane and a small white plane all in a row, bordered by runway lights on two sides and fences, the rewards centre and the globe next to the airport building and a taxi rank of seven taxis across a street.... I don't seem to have much land at the moment, not bought much in the seven-ish months I've been playing
