More water needed, please

Another 1 or 2 strips of water would be greatly received and extremely useful in reducing what has become a quite crowded sea front area especially in Springfield Heights, it was only the other day that I had to launch air sea rescue as a couple of people on jetskis had a massive accident with a yacht that was trying to pull into its berth and whilst on the subject of water if it isn't too much trouble a tile that connects the inland water to the sea would also be very useful as well, it doesn't need to be a huge delta or anything like just a simple estuary would be great, thanks in advance.
