I see the motorail in some photos and I would love to have it for my Simpsons city. How might I get it?

- It should start for you at level 20
- I'm level 108 and never had the option

If you did not get the above quest and the dump is not in your inventory, you should contact EA help through the game or on Twitter - @TheEverydaySim
Mate, let alone the Monorail, you have been missing out on some donuts.
Is it possible there's a quest before that one, that if it wasn't done then there's no Monorail quest.
