My Springfield is still zoomed in very close.

I thought another major update would fix my Springfield from being so closely zoomed. It's very difficult to design when it's like this. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
  • I guess they don't care about the players since they still haven't fixed this. Hard to play and can't redesign while the screen is like this. May have to look into the PC version.

The is no PC version, and emulators are frowned upon, but since we cant discuss them here, I'll leave it at that.

Well maybe if they fixed the problem people wouldn't have to turn to emulators. It's their own fault forcing people into other options for gameplay. Plus where does it say it can't be discussed. I don't remember reading that anywhere when I joined.
  • As a paying customer we shouldn't have to find an old platform to play a game we've paid money for! I'd understand if it were in Beta, but a for-profit game as this deserves much better technical support!
I was sent to this thread by a generic email reply to my query of zooming in the Samsung Galaxy A22- it's unplayable! Having tried the suggestions numerous times of adjusting display and restarting, downloading Game Booster (as Game Tuner is no longer available), and as Game Launcher has no screen resolution option, I am left baffled at EA's negligence to its consumers/clients/members!
Technical Support clearly do not source the platforms we're discussing as their instructions are clearly generic and have not even researched the platform's menus or display settings! They should get the platforms in question try the game to experience first hand the issues we are exposed to, then try to fix the problem they believe is the phone- not the game! I have emailed Samsung, chatted online with technical support and the conclusion is it's a game issue as it only occurs in Tapped Out- no other game!
I have emailed EA three times- with screenshots and clearly explained problem in detail, and the 3 times I get the same response- change display settings and restart! NO- THAT DOES NOT WORK! DO YOU HEAR ME EA????
I will start a consumer complaint to Fair Trade if my forth email comes back with a generic non-fix! I will post the link in this thread if you wish to sign your name to get this problem properly seen to.
