Need major help

Um...your problem is? None of us work for EA. None of us have any control over the servers. If it says in iTunes that your purchase went through, it went through. If it didn't, you have proof that it did. So again...your problem we can help you with is?
  • Law enforcement is defo not for me for many reasons lol now secret agent that a different. Kettle of fish lol
  • Maybe you can try using the home button and closing STO then use the power button to log the off. Turn it back on after sitting a few minutes as others have already suggested. Hope this helps, but if it doesn't contact Itunes to let them instruct you over the phone of how they can help you. I think Itunes has a number listed in the contact section.
