Please clarify: do you get Maude's Ghost if you buy the 25 donut Fortune Teller Shop or not? Or does it just unlock the option to buy her for 90 donuts?

Yes she has some cool tasks like get revenge on Homer, haunt springfield etc.

I'm not sure how I feel about this tie in yet since I don't have the Capital City Goofball. Anyone already have the Capital City Goofball? Does anyone know if he has tasks?

If you don't have either then once you buy the shop for 25 Maude is in your inventory if you have the shop she costs 90
