New format of this event

All of you saw that this event is different.

This event uses a new format for events, called Multi-Event, with multiple acts, shorter than the usual main event, with a bigger variety of content, no crafting or friend actions, and works in a similar way to mini-events.
In this event, once an act is unlocked, you can complete it till the end of the event, instead of being restricted to just the week it's in and different characters will be needed (except for the Simpson family) to complete it.

    No, that's not correct. The game added 200 plots of token land when Krustyland was nuked. If your KL space was maxed out, the game gave you 100 tokens. That's 100 spaces left. We haven't received anything close to 100 tokens since then so everyone should be able to redeem their tokens for land.


    Okay.. Well I don't have any available plots and do have some land tokens. Hence the question..

    I did notice that you can scroll further at the edges of the town, so that would indicate more is coming soon.


    Sounds like your missing land then. Per the other thread "Land Token Count"
    They have released a total of 262 land partials that require tokens, and up to this date they have only ever released 162 Land tokens. This number can vary slightly with how EA placed the free land at the beginning of the events, but that would only alter it by 27 land squares at the most.

    Hubby knows the trick with Ikea: We enter by the exit ! no need to get into the maze they built for us. I am telling you, going there on the start of the day, 10 minutes later, we are out with the object we need ! :)

    To get back to the subject, I prefer this kind of event, because it happened too many times that I could not finish one part of the event on time. Life gets busy sometimes.

    I see thru you EA. Your foreshadowing the end of the game by reducing tasks thus reducing the future need to recode the game.

    Thanks for the info, I am definitely looking forward to getting some tokens. I'm still a bit behind on the prize track, I've had a busy weekend building IKEA furniture - hmm, my favourite :)
    I would be so happy if there was a way to get tokens any time (jobs, IGC, anything). I will never get through that piece of land :cold_sweat:


    Gosh Kudos to you for even being able to walk into Ikea let alone put the furniture together. Every since they changed the store layout (years ago) to rat trapped in maze I get a panic attack in there. :D

    How did your wife find you? I assume a typical man would not ask for directions. ?

    Ok so now we're just waiting for the update for the new act?

    Mine says "You've completed this part of the story!"

    There's nothing else for me to do except buy new buildings/characters.

    EDITED TO ADD: Never mind - I think I figured it out - I guess you have to complete "A Savage Thaw Intro" task first - then I'm assuming the next part of the story will appear.
