they even went backwards as they called this patch2, (they skipped the number last time), the prev. was 3 ok ea. let's see

both of my towns had not shown pin counts for any neighbors towns the entire event, even reinstalled game the second day of event.
just reinstalled again because of a continuing collecting noise issue and many neighbors pin counts have appeared-but not all neighbors though and they are very active neighbors so they should have pins
and didn't fix the noises
